These straps are great for a variety of cable exercises, but I use these specifically for my abdominal cable crunches, where I pull a weight that is too heavy for me to hold with cable ropes.

I go to the gym with my own rope just in case. This rope is 36", which is long enough for good tricep extensions, and face pulls.

Not just for Glutes, these are great for standing hamstring curls as well.

Weightlifting Gloves

Full palm workout gloves designed with extra neoprene silicon padding to protect the palm of your hands during weight training exercises.


I'm always asked about my "half gloves". My hands sweat, so I'm not a fan of full gloves, but I'm not a fan of calluses or slipping either 😊.


NOTE: I go through a pair of these about every six months. I wash them weekly and they do wear out over time.
